Serve HTTPS

Serve HTTPS under your own host name and send the clients that still call HTTP to it. Each guide does one job, in the order the console does it, and ends with a request you send and the answer to expect.

Read in this order

1. Serve HTTPS with your certificate. Add a certificate so clients call the gateway over HTTPS under your host name.
2. Send HTTP clients to HTTPS. Answer plain-HTTP requests with a redirect to the HTTPS address.
